The good morning thread

Morning all. Feeling physically and mentally drained with what has been going on for the last few weeks/months/year.

Need a holiday doing nothing. Or even a weekend. Having said that, a couple of hours would suffice.

Feeling Good Ms French has had a Great interview so crossing everything and i have spent the morning power washing the workshop internal walls to get rid of 40 years of sawdust.
They look brand new now so after a French lunch of to buy some paint :)

Off to Autoglass - hopefully. They cancelled the last two appointments. Been waiting 2 months for an OEM windscreen for the S2000 after I got a chip and they seriously cracked it attempting a repair. :(
That’s a pain, what happens when this happens as I recall they warned me my last chip could crack.
Do they replace it via your insurance and you pay the excess ?

Good morning all, have ventured out to the office today and brought the Strad, which means my neighbours will know I left for work at 6.30am :D.
Busy day reviewing acquisition opportunities and then hopefully a nice drive home in Race Mode .
Out to vote later and possibly a pint at my local if it’s not wet and windy, keep telling Mrs Scaf that I must support local businesses ;)

Does that mean you'll be buying the paint tomorrow?

I recently did my garage which is 7x3.5 meters and breeze block. Bought a spray gun to do it but was a waste of time. To get the paint to flow you have to thin it so much coverage is very slow. Used a deep pile roller and 50 litres of paint. Looks good though a much much brighter.

Good Morning team.
Thought I wouldn't be able to walk this morning but have fired up the espresso machine and coffee in bed now.
Stay Safe all.

Maybe he already knew it was 6 May 2021 and took it from there....
I'm a modern kind of chap and use an electric calendar. A small glowing light highlights the day. It means I need to put little thought into my temporal location.

Morning, all. Today I know when I am, but not where.

Morning all, hope today is better than yesterday we have a very fragile 13 year old who has been having counselling who suddenly got a whole lot worse yesterday so Mrs Z spent a day in hospitals waiting for nurse, doctors, psychotherapists and all. Hopefully we can get her to open up and deal with her anxieties but only time will tell.

Other than that its Friday and its sunny and I have a little Italian mistress that is begging for some action
