Hello everyone!
Hot pain au chocolat for brekky and I've already emptied my teapot for the morning. Looking forward to godson fun this afternoon.

Regarding the limited company, I found the gov.uk stuff helpful. The main thing for me was around shareholders - two directors so we created 'A' and 'B' shares of equal rights and value and one has 'A' and the other 'B'. This means that we can split the profits between salaries & dividends differently, according to the individual needs of each of us. We also made a few thousand shares instead of 100, just in case there may, one day, be the need to move equity to other people/entities.

So going forward, could an investor buy new shares, say C? And that investor call her Jenny, as we're PC, float them on her own stock market in Blackpool?

Therefore she can sell 'C' shares on the seashore?

I hope that it requires both of you to issue share dividend to either... Nothing stopping A or B solely getting all the dividends and leaving nothing of the other share holder.

Morning all. WFH today after a day in Crewe. Ms teaching too so we’ll see how the WiFi copes.

We’ve got a load of cormorants on the river here. Every time I see one I point and shout sh@g. Makes the ms giggle.
Tut tut!!..............Shags are smaller and more slender with a longer slender beak than a Cormorant.........Don't you know anything 'Mono Boy'??!!

Thanks for the continued advice re Ltd. Co. Plenty to think about, Martin; you really had to work to get that one in! Good effort.

Last time I offered someone a chance of a good shâg at the seaside I lost all my brownie points I’d saved up :(

So delivered to three so far....Homeless charity, 4 families and today I will be loading the car up for a Chepstow primary school.....Challenge this week is get them gone by Friday. Morning all, good stuff Andy, more dodging the rain today, over to reading and Cambridge to do a couple of inspections.

also investing in a mesh WiFi for the house as we are fed up of the useless Virgin Media WiFi constantly dropping out. This is a Hib3 and is pitiful, the business router we had before was at least half decent. Going for the Deco TP link X20 or P9. P9 having the 'Powerlink' to kill deadzones.

Have fun all...

Will take a look at that. In our house the router is literally in one corner of the house so upstairs in the opposite corner barely gets any signs.
