Morning Newton, morning all....Hair cut then watching Alex play football....Then continue my search for an E class Coupe.....Alex has asked if we can watch the film Rush today as well...Good lad....
An all time great film! I loved it so much, my daughter bought me a Niki Lauda autographed Ferrari cap. I wear it on very special occasions.
NIKI LAUDA, NIKI LAUDA, NIKI LAUDA!!! Him? Impossible!

Home from the shoot with a brace of pheasant, a brace of ducks and a brace of Canada geese!!!! The geese were not shot on the shoot but one of the guns had a good day yesterday and had half a transit full! I have given the pheasant to one of Alex’s mates and one of the geese to the Turkish around the corner (for the boss to have) so I’m expecting a good discount next week when we go around there mob handed for Sally’s party. It is her 30th birthday today and we can safely expect grandson No.2 to make an appearance in the next few hours after several false starts this week as he is now 14 days over! They are giving him a little assistance to get going. All that and we are dog sitting Sally’s massive Lab and an elderly staffy for friends so it is chaos here with two very grumpy tired spaniels...

Still croaky Phil so I’m not likely to risk seeing him much before next weekend; worse is I think I may have given it to Jeanette! That will make me very unpopular if I have.

Yep a great film....Glad we all watched it again.....Niki wasn't my favourite driver back then but he was a clinical machine of a driver...where as James was the celebrity playboy driver living life to excess with a drive to just win...and of a dick to be honest. He didn't half live life to full in his short 45 years....

A very good morning to all.....quiet day today with nowt planned. Long family walk later though.

Good morning all, woke to a new grandson (eventually) No.2 is Oliver Thomas Ford at 9lb 6oz he is a big lad. I’m not going to chance this cold so I’ll go later in the week to see him. Too tired last night to butcher all the birds so I’ll do them this morning. Also got accounts to get on with.

Have fun all...

Morning all and a beautiful one it is too.
A Good hard frost and a day of Sunshine.
Would like to do some outside work at the house but you can't on a Sunday here but the week looks promising.

Morning all.
Nice (but cold) day here. About time I got in the garden.
I think the Chainsaw will be getting a bit of use today. Tree pruning and logging as the log shed is getting low.

Beautiful sunny but frosty morning here in Hertfordshire - GTS dash is still lit up like a Christmas tree despite new battery and the recommended reset procedure, so can’t take her out and the classic Mustang can’t be allowed to see salty roads so I am left with going for an invigorating walk in the country, where I will find a pub for a beer and lunch -

Bugger she probably needs plugging into a Diagnosi to see what's happening.
Still making the Best out of a Bad situation :)

Breasted off the goose and got nigh on 3lb in two perfect fillets. Then fried off the leg meat for breakfast with the two boys, incredible flavour just a tad sinuey. Looking forward to dinner later this week!

Afternoon. Congrats on the new mini-Newton!

Fantastic night last night. Diet not going to look good but it's a marathon, not a sprint.

Have a great afternoon, all
