Good morning everyone, interesting end of the day yesterday.
All I'm saying is what a professional team I have working with me. When the sh.it hit, they dealt with it perfectly. Safety is paramount in my realm. No one died, people just got a little delayed.
First world problems...

Morning all, couldn’t sleep again! Couldn’t wake this morning after finally getting off. Got four sites in Greenwich to get to.

Have fun all...

Angusihed phone calls last night from Ms Eb stuck at Valencia airport. She's home safe now having missed the last train and needing a limo pickup instead....

Morning, had a good night sleep after not last sleeping since Monday night due to my Irish Renault 14 adventure.

For a car that has not been driven for 20 years (although it was checked over and seriviced prior to collection) it took the 360/7hr drive with ease.

Spend last night unpacking all the goodies from the boot. Going to mothball it for a year as 'The Garage' has taken over my life and I just don't have the time at the moment and I need to source a few more panels for the restoration.

Why a Renault 14 Matt? It was a wholly unremarkable car IMHO or are you planning on using it for filming work when a Euro sh1tbox is needed?

After completing my 2 day training as a mental health first aider this week and receiving a certificate to say I've passed and can act as such...
I have absolutely no idea how to help him on this one. Why, oh why did they shut the asylums?

Morning folks,
Thanks for your concern. A stiff shoulder from sleeping in an odd position a couple of times last week and over the weekend has turned into a weïrd palsy on my left side and it's very painful indeed. My left arm and left side of my face aren't working quite right and it's f*ing painful.
Codeine and valium it is until I see the GP again later.
HapPea Thursday!

That sounds like what my mate gets from time to time. Think it's called Bells Palsy.
Although not pleasant for him it used to be hilarious watching him try and drink a beer through one side of his mouth. He used to end up wearing most of it.
And yes, we are a thoughtful caring bunch.

Bells Palsy is a problem with the facial nerve that comes out skull near the ear is trapped or damaged and so half of the face completely relaxes. What Stevie has is something very disturbing, see the GP or Mr Pharmacist straight away...

As opposed to the A+E department he sat in last night?
