Morning all. Week off :)
Taking the GT down to Auto Alfa to investigate the suspension clunk and somewhat wayward handling. Suspect bushes, so hopefully get it sorted today as well.

Hello you lot!I just had a slightly longer cycle commute as I was up a few minutes earlier. I found a hill for my way to work and it certainly worked my hamstrings, which I'm not really used to using that way. Feeling good.
Hopefully it's going to be a good day.
HapPea Monday! x

Welcome back, Phil! At least we laid on a nice sunny winter's day for you. We had spring on Saturday, but you missed that.

Morning, all. Working at home today. I have a nice ache from yesterday's rowing and weights exertions. Aside from all the work shite, today will involve a good sunny walk. Next stop, first call of the day with a French colleague.

Have a good Monday, everyone.

Morning. Back at work after a relaxing weekend. Went to the pub with a few chaps and watched the rugby yesterday...that England side are looking a force to be reckoned with!

Can I suggest if your hamstrings are being worked when cycling, you need to adjust your seating position. Perhaps your seat is too low?
Quads and calves are generals used when cycling. (that's not to say the others aren't but generally that is where you 'feel it').

Morning all. Early in the office this morning. Looks like this week will be a continuation from last as it's all hands to the pump already!

Back from Feli's Well the knackered track rod end would account for the somewhat inconsistent response to steering input :) Ordered and hopefully back there later in the week to be fitted

Good morning all, heading out to see a company about some flooring for the garage. I’m going chequered flag (black and grey) dense foam (like a gym) so should look ok, soft on the toes and lightning fast to put down. Hoping to squeeze it all in the back of the 1series whilst I’m there.
Have a good one all

Morning all. Day off today. Cats to vet for annual checks and getting someone to take our old Sky dish down before the birds come back, build their nest and drop sticks on the GT!
Have a good one, all

Good Morning from Derby.
Felt totally jet lagged yesterday from getting here but looking forwards to some work.
Was nice to go to a real English Pub in a nice village its thinks like that no where else can do.

Morning all, more local jobs in the Aygo this morning followed by a meeting in Covent Garden this afternoon.

Have fun all...
