The good morning thread

We are definitely wedding today, Alex has to call it by midday on the weather, ceremony is at 3 and presently 40% chance of rain about then. They can and probably will do it in the barn instead of outdoors as planned. Nick is delivering the groomsmen in the Mas and I’m taking the couple away to their hotel later. No doubt followed by taxi shuttling into the night.

We are off to Oulten Park to watch the Gold Cup today but the GS isn’t racing. Lots of other cars to see, and catch up with some people I’ve not seen for 10 years!

Well back from London. Mrs C professes to be well chuffed with her night away. The Mousetrap was fun, and The Royal Box made it comfortable.

The Wellbeck hotel is thoroughly recommended. Charming, lovely staff, well positioned. We shall be back.

Other news from yesterday, not so much fun. I'll probably start another thread to garner first hand experience. Have a good one all!

Good morning all & first load of alpaca (and friendly rooster and some hens) delivered and living their best life. Finally got everyone settled around midnight. Courtney & Anne off on the final run...and I'll be fiddling with the chicken coop, mowing, etc.

I’m in work today, so nothing exciting!
No GS racing
The racing yesterday was very cool, some historic F1 cars.
The exact one sterling moss won the 66 gp in Monaco in was racing so very cool

An old Maserati too which I haven’t googled yet.
And the most cortina’s I’ve ever seen!

Morning,
Another dump of rain during the night but as Phil says, temps back up to high 20’s this week.
More DIY scheduled. I might start a DIY thread on here as we don’t appear to have one.
