Morning all, client meeting in London today, final prep for end of FY presentations and then drinks out.
Drove over a plastic bag on the way to the station, it immediately fused itself to the exhaust and now stinks of burnt plastic. Looking forward to trying to scrape that off this weekend...

Hoping for a better day today.
Off to Woking first thing before heading into London Bridge to meet with our investors, may well get to a bar early evening to finish the day.

Mrs Scaf is having finish the clean up operation following yesterdays leak disaster.

100% mask wearing on the train, which is a first.

Top of the morning from a calm Cape. Been very busy since 7, now time to sort out a notebook that doesn't want to update Windows. Last school day for my daughter so indeed, the fun and games commence!

Morning all. Y/E accounts done. Now to earn the money to pay the tax bill.

Which suggests that last year wasn't too bad in spite of Covid. Who'da thought?

More work and meeting today. Feeling very lethargic, think I need a month off or so.....
Somewhere warm. With a pool, and endless supply of cold drinks.

Good Morning everyone, busy at work today. Going to be wandering around the airfield later sniffing signals in space at known points. It's all science you see...

Hello you lot!

I managed to con a friend round to decorate my tree, but the lights around the house are one of my jobs later. More sorting of the house to make it good for guests at the weekend, but just heard they had a crash yesterday evening so hoping that doesn't put a kibosh on the planned fun.
Some work too, with a hopefully important meeting this afternoon. I also managed to break the back of a task that had been causing problems for the last couple of months, so now we can invoice that one!

HapPea Thursday! xXx

Morning all. Very smart decorations, Andy. I suppose I will have to pay attention to Christmas soon.
Outside lights on Saturday morning, maybe, before I'm disabled by my booster and flu jabs.

No dusting here, morning all, off to Bracknell with Christine today. Dodged a bullet yesterday in Tewkesbury; having waited 12 weeks for the part from Czechoslovakia we got there, dug a huge hole in the rubber surface and extracted the broken part. I test fitted it in the 32mm O.D foundation pipe and was looking at the top fixings, Christine out of curiosity also tried test fitting it and dropped it down into the tube! not just a little way but it went all the way down about 450mm to the top of it, and about 100mm under water! Worse was that having only seen it a couple of times, I had no idea of the shape of it! Then ensued an hour of raiding the van for anything that might hook it back up! Having looked at the manufacturers installation instructions I figured it had a small stub near the top sticking out about 4mm, I fashioned a hook device and eventually it appeared on the end of it to much relief! Day saved, we finished the repair.

Have fun all...
