What, Capes? The forum has photographic and video evidence that Capes is not well balanced!

Morning, all. Today I shall travel by train to London, attend to some personal errands, have lunch in a restaurant I like very much and then be home in time for gin. It's a bugger of a shame that so much work needs to be wedged in as well.

Afternoon all. Up the hospital again today. Sophia is totally gorgeous and perfectly healthy. She’s good to come home. Alex is exhausted. And has low iron levels which kinda makes her feel worse.
I’m looking after Alex as best I can as the hospital is so understaffed when it comes to midwife numbers. Although that’s an argument for the Brexit thread.

Here’s my gorgeous girl.

Congratulations to you both.
Just make sure the midwives hand her over when you go home as someone seems to have labelled her as hospital property!

Good Morning Everyone, its seems just a little bit busier out there today for the Half-term holidays..317 flights which is probably just 50% of usual trade for this time of year.

Good morning all. Great day of motorsport. Final round of the BTCC with it wide open for a few drivers. My work colleague Luke Pound has his final race also today driving for Team Brit in the BMW 1 series. This will be his last drive in the BMW and next year he will realise a dream and drive in the V8 Vantage GT4 in endurance racing. Such an inspirational team set up for disabled drivers. Finally this evening F1.
