Morning all, good catch up with brother yesterday hopefully the first of many visitors planning an Ireland excursion.

Hopefully a poets day after a golive delay decision, caused by an associated project which is nice as we can do with the extra time too

Morning all, as we ended up doing yesterday what we intended to do today, read yesterday for today! So today (yesterday) we are heading to Dover, Margate and Bracknell in a big figure of 8 involving a full run around the M25.

Good plan; you'll be able to pick up some home insulation tips on the M25, and you might even get advice on eco-friendly motoring!

Morning all. Never made it into the office yesterday.
Ended up doing a whole day of building IKEA furniture instead.
I’m currently sat in the local tyre place getting a new tyre before getting the Jag back for the mot retest which it failed due to the aforementioned tyre.

Then to the office for some work.

Just got ‘big bambo’ in the van!!!

Happy to admit however that it came from a garden centre just north of Bexhill. Two big pots of it to go behind the garage to screen off the awful flats that were built about 15 years ago.

problem is developing as the black pine that was screening them is maturing and loosing the lower branches. I figure this is a quick fix.

Be careful with bamboo. The roots are extremely invasive and can damage foundations. They also spread very easily so containing them is a problem.

Not a problem in this location, it is bound by serious concrete on all sides and it won’t escape in my tenure!

Can’t sleep as I was in bed early.
Been feeling tired all week,
Holiday in 2 weeks ( wife reminded me I’ve worked 2 years solid now without a proper break )
Beers and a meal at new Indian restaurant tonight(in Denmark, what could go wrong)

off to that there London to witness a large crane lift which has been nearly a year in planning.

I think I’d rather be at Goodwood!

Good morning all. Was up at 3:30 as I could sleep. Stretched out on the settee and didn’t wake up until 7…That’s a longer than if I was in bed….Have a great weekend all.
