Morning.
The Maser was called to duty taking my daughter and her friends to their end of high school prom last night.
Of course non of them were even conceived when the Maser was rolling off the production line, but I don't see it as an old classic car as yet!
Been invited to a private invitation only car show this afternoon, should be interesting...

Morning all, well the van has its extra locks etc. Impressed by the workmanship of Vansecure and they are coming back on Wednesday next to Change the damaged parts of the side door mechanism the idiots smashed in their attempt to break in. The fitter revealed an interesting point about what they were attempting to do during the break in to ‘trigger’ a safety feature that overrides the deadlock function! The function is supposed to disable the internal handles upon locking. Suffice to say the punched it too hard and smashed a big chunk of the mechanism right off!

Anyway today is not really planned as big chunks of my list are completed so it will likely end up being hanging pictures and stuff on the walls!

Good Morning everyone, been at work since 6am...no sympathy please I've got three weeks off coming soon...been busy doing the usual regular stuff, it's still quiet out there.

Looks like WFH and Zoom calls will replace jollies to far flung places, sorry Business trips to meet important suppliers or customers.

Only now has my grass started to go yellow.
My daughter very upset she works in a large health center in Weston super Mare and 8 off them have tested positive for Covid.
Supposed to be getting married in a few weeks time after cancelling last year.

Just taken Joseph to swimming, bit of lunch then off to choose some internal doors for the house as the ones we have currently are awful!
Who paints their internal doors grey and silver????

Morning all - on my own today as I didn’t fancy a shopping trip to London.
Even with my “gin head” skiing me down, I have been out for coffee and washed 4 cars !
Strad / XJ, daughter 500 and wife’s Corsa - flipping hard work when you do them one after another.
The Strad will now get some exercise as I go play in the sun and meet a mate for lunch.
Tomorrow I am off to Santapod to watch the drag racing- not been since well before lockdown so looking forward to it.

Sorry to hear that Phil, fingers crossed you all stay covid free for the wedding.
Am hearing of note and more people getting it for the second time despite being double dosed.

Good Morning everyone. Yesterday was a good day for British Sport. CR7 got a brace on his return at the age of 36 and Emma who is half his age won the US Open. What is amazing for me is that not only is she barely out of school, not only did have to qualify but she won every game in straight sets in every round. That is seldom achieved in the mens or womens game. Hats off to her.

Morning all - have the neighbours a rude awakening at 6.15 to meet up friends before heading to Santapod for the Drag Racing.
One of the guys has one of those super dooper Tesla things with “ridiculous mode”. It’s horrible but also horribly quick, can’t wait to drown out the whine of his electric motors
