I feel like butter left out on the sideboard!
I've eaten in there. It's excellent. In the Cavendish Hotel on Jermyn Street.
I need to get (assist in getting) my Outlaw's Ford S-Max/B-Max shipped from Romford to Plympton for my Brother-in-Law who is most definitely isolating as he is still dealing with the cancer and also now fully on dialysis as a result of the treatment!
What is the consensus? Shipley have come back with £216, are there others worth a call?
Well done Stu, watched as one was attacked by crows in the field opposite the house the other day, it made a getaway, but the crows were really laying into it.Afternoon all!
Just had some great news from the RSPCA that they have successfully released (in it's territory) a male Juvenile Buzzard that I saved 2 weeks ago in the Chester Meadows! (Wish I could have been there for the release). It was attacked by 3 crows and fell to the ground on its head. It was alive but motionless for about 10 mins, then slowly came around. It could turn it's head through 360% (good sign for it's neck and back) and then managed to fly about 5 feet and then folded it's wings back correctly (another good sign). There was blood on it's beak and had a swollen eye. I couldn't leave it there so managed to wrap it in Karen's coat and took it back to the car about a mile away. We rang the RSPCA and they were around in about half an hour and picked it up. I asked them if they could keep me in the loop whatever the outcome. I feel very privileged and proud to of been able to help out this majestic raptor!!

Cheers James, hope you are well mate!? I hate Crows.... Scum of the air!Well done Stu, watched as one was attacked by crows in the field opposite the house the other day, it made a getaway, but the crows were really laying into it.

Yep FC, not good for a big raptor. I'm hearing lots of stories about Seagulls not settling for nicking peoples fish and chips on the beach but now attacking and killing/eating Squirrel and other animals of this size. We once saw a Seagull opened up and massive tub of cocktail sausages and sandwiches and within about 3 minutes the whole picnic was decimated by about 20 of them!!Well done, Mr Bat, good work. We saw a buzzard getting sent packing by a pair of seagulls the other week. Poor thing, not dignified at all.

It's all down to personal experience L2S. That does sound sh!t though. (Not at the moment of course) Everybody slags of the NHS, but after our son was born 3 months early at 1b 6oz and getting him home 100% fit and healthy 3 months later, I have nothing but praise for them, but that's just my story. I'm sure there are people on here that have stories with plenty of warts on!!that's great news, i lost some respect for the RSPCA ever since we rang them a couple of years ago when we saw an injured deer in our paddock, they couldn't be 4arsed to come out, i thought what a bunch of w4nkers, you seem to have had the right and correct response your end
