Morning all
Off to hospital to support a mate who is having a biopsy (prostate) oh dear
Thoughts are with him at the mo

The advances in prostate (enlargement/cancer) have been huge over the last few years, so I would say that whatever the diagnosis, he will be in good hands.
Both my father, 2 uncles and grandfather all had prostate cancer and they all survived.

Hello everyone,
It's morning somewhere. Sounds like my Spyder's roof is finally working as intended again.
I hope the prognosis from the biopsy is good. As Capes said, prostrate cancer is largely survivable these days and I hope that would be so if the biopsy showed cancer.
Treatment has changed substantially away from prostectomy since Viagra hit the market. Several oncologist customers have told me so.

Morning all, got one of Alex’s friends helping me today as two jobs to do that involve using the tower to access height and it is necessary to have an assistant.

Have fun all...

Oh you're not wrong. Before I came back I was averaging 150 a day in my inbox (lots were filtered into important folders, a lot more into the bit bucket), that was just what was left.

Quite fun in Mexico logging on twice a day on my phone and taking 3 minutes to blitz them all. Otherwise about 2000+ would have been waiting for me :lol2:

Morning all
I have read some are interested in my mates biopsy, so, the intrusion went as well as could be expected. He said it was painful and needed painkillers afterwards. 22 samples were taken which were painless but the movement of the equipment inside caused distress. The samples are away for analysis now and an earlier MRI scan revealed slight enlargement but no cancer. Full results next week. I sat with him yesterday and we were good. Thank you for your interest.
On to happier things now I am packing to head to London tomorrow for No.1 son's wedding and will be away for a few days and out of touch probably. So you lot behave and I hope we have left Europe behind by then! (tin hat please)
Be safe

Day went well and not so well, got the unit repaired by 1pm which was later than planned and did a few site visits this afternoon and sorted out some issues for other customers. Didn’t Make good use of my assistant. Got home and decided to go to the light shop at Newbury Park with Jeanette as we are in need of a statement light for the stair well. Unfortunately I suffered a sudden and total sensory overload in the shop with thousands of bright bulbs around me!!! Had to ask for a seat and calm down for 10 minutes and then come home! I cope with most aspects of Aspergers and in many ways even Benefit from it but just occasionally it smacks me in the face. This is the first time light alone has done me. I’m used to sound doing it even combinations like a night club. Stil no harm done and I kept it together, realising what was occurring in probably 30 seconds but it was most unpleasant.

Good Morning all.
Up early as a day of property viewings hopefully more successful than last time if we don't get messed about by agents.
Have a Good Day all.

Morning, all. WFH today, going to the opening of the new data centre that's just around the corner, then back home for more discussions with HR :D

Testing this season's flavoured gins and liqueurs on a school night is a bad idea.....
