Morning you lot!
Awaiting more controlled drugs and starting to have it sunk in that I'm actually going to have two weeks off work after tomorrow. I'd forgotten until Tuesday!
HapPea Thursday )

Hi all, I have literally just had a call to say I have a charity place from Kidney Care UK on the Regatta London cross London race! This is next Sunday from Hammersmith to Greenwich Maritime/Admiralty pier! 12 miles. As some of you know, I’ve just got back into kayaking after nearly 30 years! This is a fantastic training run for my reccy trip to France on the Monday and my bigger challenge in 2021 where I plan to kayak from London to St. Tropez (> 1,000 miles). I’ll be in touch with sponsorship details for this event as I have them.

Morning.
Had an afternoon of quiet b-road driving yesterday, and as my rears are getting low and I have new ones ready to go on, I thought I'd spend a bit of time with the traction control off to get a proper feel of how the car behaves coming out of the twisties with a bit of power. I was very pleasantly suprised for such a big lump!

Today will be a family day on Heacham beach

Morning, all. Still full of a filthy fecking cold, but the interior building / fireplace renovation on the house is finished, so now only the outside is in turmoil. Probably another two weeks of work to do yet, so hopefully the weather will hold out.

Right, back to work. (I'd forgotten how tiring work is. It's a right bugger!)

Happy Friday, everyone.

Morning all. Office again, seem to be almost on top of things so might be able to slope off early today.
The reality is that something will crop up to chuck a spanner into the works.
