What a week. Anyone who wants a simple, utterly luxurious holiday in the sun, I could not recommend this place enough

Mexico, Catman? Aren't cats worshipped there? Mostly the bigger ones, though, I think. Jaguars, that kind of larger feline. I suppose you are quite tall. Could that explain the good service? - perhaps they think you're some kind of lanky diety. Worth investigating. Andy likes Jaguars as well, I think.

Anyway, morning, all. Up before the lark and plodding through the drudgery of another Wednesday. Working at home again today because there's no point going to the office and then spending the entire day on calls with people in other places.

Have a good one, everyone.

Apparently it is rotten inside and has become a liability. It must be 200 years old with at least 6 foot diameter main trunk. It has a preservation order on it but that has been over ruled I am not sad to see it go

Hello you lot!
Still nobody else in the office with me so I've had a chance to chill post sarcy emails from colleagues. Lovely sunrise this morning whilst on my bicycle. The new wheels on it are rather good too.
HapPea Wednesday!

Morning all. WFH for me at the moment, Joseph is still being sick and has diarrhoea so as it's being 7 days now we called the doctors and we're taking him there. poor little thing, he's too young to tell us that he's not well, so we just get either explosions or eruptions.

Not nice.

Cancun, indeed. Certainly they spent most of the time praying :)

Just home. Have a great day, all

No you may not :p! But I'll answer anyway :).

I was thinking of spending ~£300 on a wheelset and these were only slightly more for carbon rim so I thought "Why not?" I'm certainly appreciated the lower rotational inertia - that's what I feel most - but also the >700g weight saving compared to my stock set is helpful and I'm sure the slightly better aero is aiding my downhills.[/QUOTE]

Simply stunning, Matt. Amazing job. Well done! Good luck for a fast sale.

So, what's the next project? :)

Nothing planned yet, still recovering from the stress of this one. If a Renault 14 pops up I’ll do that. Cooled on the Alfa 33P4 and I would like to strip and repaint the Opel.

The clue is in the text of the link :p
I did go for a carbon that's not a deep profile (28mm only), is wide to accommodate more forgiving tyres and my commuter tyres and that is recommended for cyclocross as well as road/commuting, so it's pretty rugged anyway and it doesn't look obviousy carbon.

Yay....Brera passed its MOT!

Detailed her and did the pics, goes up for sale tomorrow.

VERY well done, sir!
