I totally agree with you. If you listen carefully to the lady the owner of the collection is not very well and as a result is downsizing
He used the race cars in his collection and later in the video there are engines, gearboxes, body shop equipment... I think the guy was hands on at some point and then his health started to deteriorate

Wow that is an amazing collection. Not sure how to feel though....quite an unimaginable amount of money spent....yet part of me feels there is a lack of appreciation in how they are preserved.

So many flat tyres! Two and three racks high; most of those won’t have moved in sadly 30 years or more; even if you have more than enough money it is sad that nobody else has been able to enjoy them. They will almost all need rebuilding to keep the fluids in the right places!

Unfortunately falls into the “tw@t in a flat cap” historic motorsport trap. Goodwood has a lot to apologise for. A tweed cap should only worn if you’re Fred Dibnah or spend the day with your arm up a cow’s bottom.
