Hi there and thanks for all the advice and comments last month.

Well I bought my first Maserati (a late 4200)

It's metallic black with burgundy interior.

After looking at 3 or 4 other Maseratis I couldn't resist one of Dickies fabulous cars.

With one previous owner that had it serviced every year on the dot at the supplying dealer Marenello Egham it's in superb condition.

Actually picked it up in August just before going on my hols.

Looks good but Richards cars always do I don't know where ehe keeps finding them
Yep, he always seems to pull them out of the bag, but I feel that is because he knows the line very well between servicing a knowledgable community and eking out a living rather than making a fast buck!!

Great looking car and colour combo. Dicky does seem to deal in excellent and/or unusual examples.

Welcome along. Love the colour combination of your car. If that had been available when i bought mine then i would have been seriously tempted.

Enjoy :)

At first look at Dickies photos I wasn't too sure about the interior as it looked quite a bright red but he reassured me it was a burgundy colour and when I saw it in the flesh it was stunning.

I know I need to own one of these but prices have run away from me in recent years, heh ho never say never
Bought mine 4 years ago but as you say prices are going up. Bought it to drive not as an investment but it has doubled in value. Went on a Dutch Alfa club tour of Holland end of August and had it on the Zandvoort circuit for 30 mins. Great fun:rofl5:
