Telematics issue - Sim won't work - Message 'Software versions incompatible. Insert configeration CD-ROM..'

Hi, have recently had a new hard drive fitted on the infotainment system and want to get the telephone to work. Got and activated a new Sim which works in the phone but not in the car slot. The above message came up. Has anyone got a configeration CD-ROM or knows how to get one please?

Maserati Granturismo, 2008. NIT model unknown. Presumably it is the original. Just replaced the hard drive. The SIM is standard with Sky mobile.

So this could be GSM mode compatibility thing. From memory the SIM has to be 3 (or maybe 2)G capable. I recall that most people had success with Gifgaf SIMs but hopefully someone will be along shortly

Concur. Giff gaff in mine until I replaced the whole thing with a version 3 NIT
