Talking of Decals

Following on from the 'Strad Decals' thread, I have been toying with the idea of doing something to my Grigio Alfieri GS. Current thoughts are Tricolore on the doors, like the Huracan Performante, and possibly one from front to back up over the bonnet and roof, and down over the boot, possibly central, but I quite like the idea of having it offset, If it happens would be stuck on, so easily revert to standard again. Thoughts please, and if you happen to know anywhere that does something off the shelf that would be great, also if your handy with photoshop would be very grate full to see what it might look like ;):lol2:

Do you mean something like this ?

Personally if it or something very similar was not a factory option it would not be for me.

But your car your choice

You need a stripe, up the bonnet, over the roof and down the boot. With pinstripes. Two shades adrift from the paint colour

I was planning on getting my steering sorted by Royal and was thinking about getting the tricolor at the top.
Would look OK on a GT no doubt, but not sure it will work on QP.

For me on a GS I would leave well alone. Seen a number of GS with stripes on bonnet etc and the car just can't pull it off. It's just to elegant a car me then add the colour of your car and it just doesn't work for me. Maserati has always seemed gentleman suited express to me rather than Hawaiian disco shirt...But hey just my opinion.....

I like the tricolore idea especially on my red GTS. I also like the same idea on a steering wheel centre stripe

I'm with Andy if you are going to out stripes on a Maserati they need to be subtle, the darker grey on GTS above works well but you wouldn't want to go to loud. I was tempted on fitting to the Spyder but only for the Le Mans trip and maybe a week or two either side but as always your car your choice
