I've a recollection that some have had less than happy dealings with one used part trader.

I may be looking for a NIT
Has anyone come across this chap in Poland, or assure me that it isn't the one with which there have been issues with items not arriving?

Alternatively does anyone know whether a US variant has issues with operating here?
(I know the US 'can't get gallons correct', but that must surely be configurable)

I’ve used this guy for a couple of parts, and have found them ok.

No issues to report from me.

That said, we all take a bit of a chance buying off Ebay.

I think he's a different guy. I've had communications with this guy. Seems very good. Never bought anything, though.

I am sure there is a trusted trader on here that will supply you with a replacement NIT

Are you thinking of KJB? The Dutch supplier. There's a thread on him somewhere. Good thought about a US model functioning here - radio reception may be an issue but don't know tbh.

There's one lined up in the US but he's aking over the odds compared to these.
The GSM is the main issue with USA which shouldn't be an issue with post HW version 7 which don't need a SIM.
Oh and country code for CD but that can be changed at the same time as realign

Hi Robin, not away just don't always check mails/messages. It could be indicative of a failed drive as well, done all the usual checks? I have a new image, when I get some drives in stock I will send one out to you.

Oh it's yet another new drive/ image and still failing.

Tearing my hair out.
This will have been the 5the drive and one last attempt before complete NIT replacement or fit the Aucar unit
