I spent a great proportion of my childhood sulking in the Edinburgh Woollen Mill, ‘twas a day to rejoice when they went bust.
Wrapping, modding and customising cars is the prerogative of any owner to do as they please. I don’t think it’s an age thing though, it just a matter of taste, or lack of it. Each to their own, let them crack on, we need something to laugh at.

I meant it in a tongue in cheek way. But I do think it’s age related. I think this type of mod is all “look at me” which I think is related to whether you’ve grown up with FB, Instagram and TikTok.

There’s a guy with the latest Bugatti in Brum, runs a Supercar rental business who had it wrapped in metallic blue. Had it taken off after a week, which was his plan. The business generation from YouTube, Instagram etc must have been worth it. The 4 vids have got close to 2 million views.

Absolutely - each to their own. Re EWM, I’m old enough now to not be dragged round shops so I’ll never have to set foot in there at least, even if they do struggle on for a few more years.
