Its 55-60k pounds for a lhd 2 seater MC Stradale with 13,000kms to 32,000kms

half of the cars that "Stradale" turns up have steel brakes, some have an auto gearknob. Some are from 2008

Find me a nice two seater there less than 30.000kms. There are probably one or two max. I got bored searching.

It's wrong to think there are 20 of these things kicking around on the market.

I was refering to the combined markets of mobile.de (german market) and the en.comparish.ch ( swiss market)
There's 40 Stradale's 4 seater, 2 seaters and Centinial Editions.

For 2 seater's specifically here a few from the german market specifically in the 55-60k pound budget with less than 30,000kms . Theres more over that budget too in Germany.

So, not much difference either side of the water. About £60k for a 20k mile 2 seat version. Sounds about right to me. Not that I’d sell for that though.

I like the thought/look of the half cage. But those harness straps are too much of a faff on a road car. I can’t be bothered in trying to fight may way into those. Dislocated both my shoulders far too many times in my rugby career to do battle with those.

You can get a harness that has an inertia reel, retractable element to them - much more sensible and still keep you strapped in nice & tight to your seat

Often the standard seat belts are retained so you can just find a smart way to pin the harnesses back and just use regular seat belts most of the time.

Two Strads have been advertised on this forum over the last couple of weeks. You should be able to find them using the search facility.

I would avoid GC, after my last experience, I will never deal with them again regardless of how good a deal it may appears to be.. unethical business operation.

All this makes me even more certain my Stradale is a keeper. 07/2016 sub 9k miles, rare Lava grey paint, all the toys/carbon, MD extd wty, immaculate.
If I sold what can you get that is close to the bangs for bucks south of £100k? These cars are utter bargains.

Went to GC many years to buy a GT3RS.. 1 owner, 15000 miles... bypassed glitzy showroom, went on purpose downstairs in workshop to see them spraying half the bonnet.. not in a booth either. Plus they were about to fit a clutch. Would not touch them with yours...

You could get a Audi r8 v10 plus, Aston martin Vanquish 2015-2018, Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera, c63 Black Series. Theres some nice cars in the sub 100k club. The cars above are in 70-90k range, some even in the 50's-60s. F Type SVR another option.

We think the same way Maserati Mcstradale! There are certainly many great cars under £100k but.......

I often look at the Audi V10 Plus’s and I love the idea of the rigid cornering and blistering performance but a day into ownership, then what?? Nope, I’m sticking with the charismatic Stradale.
You are also right with me on the new generation Vanquishes but it‘s just a badge swap, it doesn’t offer anything over the Strad other than a change of scene.
Gallardo SLeg - great fun, just don’t want to wear a balaclava helmet and constantly tell people that ”it’s alright, it’s a driver’s car....”
Have already done the C63 thing. Awesome machines, I even did a 507 Edition estate search yesterday - none out there. The ‘Black’ is a total beast but sooo much more money for not enough more car.
Jaguar..... just not quite a Maser but a whole load of car for the cash. Always looking at those too!

For me I really think the AMG GT “R” is the only machine with the flair and theatre that gets close. It has the performance, the looks and of course the noise is such a massive part of why the Stradale works, so a big tick there too. There are a few advertised at just over £100k so for a sale we are kind of there on price but are we there on the whole adventure of ownership? Err, not quite.......

Mark.
