Looks lovely.

Why do some Stradales have a bonnet scoop and some don’t?

The two seat version has the two nostrils, the four seat has the large central scoop and bigger air outlets in place of the nostrils.

That really is lovely. Well done, Oliver!

On the subject of North Weald, I'm planning to sign up for a day of driver tuition there to finish off my PZeros and try to improve my driving, probably around spring.

Cheers. Didn’t know they did driver tuition there.
Keep me posted if you book something or if these cars don’t fail noise tests on track days then book a track day and I’ll jump in to give you some free tuition if you like. I’m not too seasoned on tin tops but think I may be able to assist (obviously depends on your starting point)

I have a small plate stuck directly on the bumper, covers the holes for the bracket and looks much neater to my eye. Had it on my GS and now the Strad and never had any trouble with the fuzz.
That does look much neater - semi legal I guess but much safer than no plate, and covers the 2 holes on the bumper. I suppose you have left the 2 holes on the bottom splitter as they are or have you filled them up?

The 2 seaters don’t have the centre scoop and the 4 seaters do - which is made of carbon fibre to save weights apparently because of the 2 extra rear seats.

And at rear, again it’s smaller than UK standard, but a bit larger than the front one (so as not to look too small on the rear panel).

There aren’t any holes in the splitter on mine, the bracket just rested on it on two rubber grommets.

Don’t forget the lighter carbon front seats. Which I imagine make three parts of sod all difference! :)

Exactly, the carbon fibre seats from the Enzo Ferrari! Euro spare actually have these - not as expensive as I thought as well - around £1500 I think

Hi Ewan, very very nice ! It is a 4 seat gran cab stradale right? Why doesn’t your bonnet have a centre scoop?

Mine is called a GranCabrio-MC, which came out alongside the earlier (2 seat) MC-Strad coupes. So it has the same bonnet as the 2 seat Strad, even though it has 4 seats.
