Spyder Allen bolt for roof rounded

The previous owner of my spyder managed to well and truly round the Allen key used to manually close the roof. Anyone replaced this and how easy is it. Cheers

Just an idea; a local welder who is good at extracting sheered bolts should be able to help you

The problem here I think is that if you can remove the bolt how do you get the new one back in as the mech may well move once removed. But I don’t know enough about it to be sure.

If there is space around the Allen head, buy a set of these.

Hammer the correct socket ont the head and use socket set ratchet and extension if required to unscrew the bolt.

Think it might be one for my mechanic next time in for some work. I was considering grinding out a new groove for a large flat head screwdriver. But think there is a risk I do more damage. Still would be interested if anyone else had the issue? Cheers Paul
