Amazing how sore your bum becomes after a day of cycling and some really steep climbs over the South Downs

Benny is a phenomenal.

He wasted not a moment in volunteering to massage some soothing ointment into me. What a guy and I can put my head on the pillow knowing that Matt will be in safe caring hands

Well day 2 ticked off arriving at destination at 11am. Benny and I spent the afternoon in Caen taking in the glorious weather. We were on the quayside in the dark, had some breakfast and then got on with in.

Off out to dinner shortly in the local town.

Aches and pains yes but still smiling and thankyou for all the supportive texts and dont beleive any on the pics Urby posted, Benny is 'hands on' but not in that way!
