Funny that she was dating a guy not 100% my cup of tea at the time. Played snooker a few times at his dad's house.....the Spurs accountant at the time.

We have a few footballers round our way and Daniel Levy lives quite local as his daughter goes/went to my daughter's school. Lots of stories I hear.

LOL....that is one funny film!

We went out for her 18th to Leicester Square to I guess Equinox as it would have bee then. They wouldn't let her in as said she was too young and we all went elsewhere. Funny how times change. Not sure they would turn her away now.

We were quite a close group of friends at the time so dating their sister wouldn't have gone down well. Plus Jason her older brother was pretty handy so wouldn't have ended well. Good times.
Sounds like it, nice memories

I heard a story about Dave Potts (a good mate of Hooky's in the New Order days) when he auditioned for bass player I think in Oasis after they'd made it I believe.

Potsy was complaining that Noel G's guitar was too loud and turned it down when Noel want for pìss. Noel went ape and Potsy did it again when he want for another pìss. Then Potsy suggested they use some 'better chords' on Wonderwall and that was it. Didn't get the gig......

Classic and totally off-thread....
