Yes they will fit, as I have this ones for my 2009 GTS:
Front - H&R item nr. 4465670 (same as yours above) - 22 mm/side
Back - H&R item nr. 5065670 - 25 mm/side

Thanks again for your input Wt! I note you have them the other way around... 25 mm front and 22 mm rear? I think I just picked up the mm spacing from a previous thread on here.. any particular reason you have wider spacer on the front and do you have any pics please?

Sorry my mistake - I have them 25 at the back and 22 at the front - that is the correct way to go.
Improves the stance of the car very much.

I have also edited my first post that info will be correct for future readers :)

Excellent thank you - I'll get them ordered. Hoping it will reduce that horrible gap between wheel arches and tyres somewhat.

Some won’t recommend spaces at all and will refer to the millions of €€€€ spent developing the car and its suspension etc.... and will go on to quote the extra load on bushings and bearings etc...... they may well be technically correct, ....... me, I fitted 22mm all round and am very happy with the ride, handling and what I consider the improved stance, am sure 25mm is fine on the rear and you won’t get rubbing etc.... not sure if anyone has gone wider though .......
