Nothing to do with me, plus it is located in Germany but these do not come up for sale very often and this looks as cheap as I have seen one.
You should check first to be sure, but I THINK that this is the 18" wheel which is suitable for QP M139 + GTS 4.7 M145 with the 20" wheels, the larger space saver of the two offered, to clear the larger caliper on the front brakes.
