These guys have been open for around 2 years and I was delighted when a MD opened up shop less than half an hour from me. I have used them a number of times and their service has always been impeccable. I know that a few other SM members have visited them too and I understand they are also happy.
Their launch event & goodie bag was very cool and they have hosted a number of cars & coffee events since which I have tried to get along too. They have since become a forum sponsor too.
As some of you will know, my MOT was due so I took the car in yesterday. I have had my car for almost a year and it is currently between services, so while it was there I asked them have a thorough look over the vehicle to report anything un toward. This is what they did yesterday:

Thorough multi point check
Reported on brake fluid needing to be changed, so this was carried out
Exhaust fettling - I have modified this in stages which is now complete, but it wasn't quite sitting right so they adjusted the whole system & it's much better
Fitted a set of wheel centre caps which I supplied but had not got around to fitting
Inside & outside wash
Loan of a Ghibli with 1/4 of a tank of fuel on board
For all of the above, including the MOT test fee & brake fluid I was charged the princely sum of £99.85.
Who says you get ripped off by all main dealers? That may be the case for some but Marshalls are one of the good guys for sure
