SOLD - Gransport H-Pipe

Gransport H-Pipe for sale. Very little use (and I assume would also fit a 4200). The H-Pipe would need to be collected from Emblem in Poole (who I am sure would be happy to fit it while you wait for a reasonable price if that suited).

I am not interested (looking for a new X) but...

There are two types of exhaust euro and US spec... They have different shaped centre sections... Might be worth confirming if you have euro/US spec to avoid someone being disappointed with their purchase

The centre resonators are the same for both exhaust types..... so buy with confidence.

I don't actually know. The previous owner (forum member of high repute) fitted it and only did a couple of thousand miles is what I do know and it looked and sounded like a nice piece of engineering. I just prefer my cars stock and original. As I said I am open to offers if it helps someone out.

My experience suggests otherwise...

Bought a used larini X pipe off a broken GS with US spec cats and it straight up refused to fit my MY03 4200 and another MY02 Spyder. It was slightly too short and the shape of it meant that it hit/rested on the floor of the car... Even if it was somehow damaged in transit or twisted in the shunt that wrote off the GS it came off I can't see how it would fit length wise

Hmmm. Hard to say what went on there. Maserati only list one part number and Larini only the X and the H.

Perhaps Benny will be along shortly to offer some unvarnished advice
