Good luck getting the F1 system up and running properly, hope you get it sorted soon. I’m quite sure Aldous wouldn’t mind a quick chat if you’re not getting anywhere.

Yep. I've been messaging someone over on Ferrari Chat for advice. Replaced the clutch solenoid, as things were hinting towards that.
The TCU doesn't really seem to have much in the way of error codes stored to be honest.
I had a CEL, on first start up, but I also noticed when testing the hydraulics that the battery wasn't holding good voltage, so I put a new one in it tonight.
I did a gearbox self learn this evening, and now have a car that will engage every gear and drive, sometimes.
Other times, I go from 3rd to 2nd and it fumbles around looking for 2nd and either eventually gets it (as in seconds later, once you've sat almost still on the road) or defaults to neutral.
Starting from a stop the clutch I think slips too much (though I will note I've never experienced a good F1 box).

My massively uneducated opinion is that the PIS is set wrong, and I probably need to do a wear index reset but I'm not completely certain

This Is my backup plan if I can’t DIY.

I think right now I’m all the gear, no idea as they say.

You definitely need to see what the pis is reading and F1 when set up correctly is just such a good driving experience.
I've had two 4200 first being a 02 MY with the raw original software was exceptional for spirited driving my preferred style.
The second a 04 MY was softer but you could still hustle it along.
My 360 Modena F1 04 MY was really a Special car and the best sounding car that I've had.
