The plus side is you have more money and can afford things like this

I’m looking at bikes now too...something like a Triumph Scrambler.
Military hip, knees and ankles = no more sports bikes for me...
Enjoy, I always wanted a 748 or 996...blame Fogarty..

Well it arrived and is even more lovely in the flesh
Sadly it’s done nothing but rain since Friday
So lucky to get a quick blat this afternoon

Lovely machine. They go like stink, so definitely recommend dry roads (without potholes) to try it out.

I never did. But then I could flat foot just about any bike on the market back when I was riding. The Sprint ST was good. The Speed Triple was my favourite by a mile

I suspect my legs are bit short to flat foot even one of these on which I first came to realise that front wheel drive had its flaws

Sitting nicely at home with a beer on Friday and my son in law - almost - who lives with us comes into the front flapping like a bed sheet in a gale
“I’ve won - I’ve won!!!!!”

“A motorbike!”
“FFS - calm down and tell me

Any way turns out the jammy sod got bored, paid £10 for an online “Giveaway Auction” and won a fooking BMW S1000RR HP4!

Gets delivered next week - he can’t get insurance as only 28 - I have insurance already

Downside - it’s not new, a 64 reg but it’s was only £10
