Nice to meet you all, finally got a chance to put names to faces, although a bit of a challenge to put both forum names and real names to you lovely people I met.

Great night out! Unfortunately it was not all smooth sailing back home, fell asleep on the train and woke up in Shepperton, had to call Uber and took over 3 hours ! Should have had another pint and Uber home from Waterloo.

Bugger, I've done that before. Good to meet you as well.

Martin is Hugh. The more telling part of the photo is the woman to his right who is throwing her face in her hands all because he has started talking to her and bored her to tears!!!!!
Ahhhh gotcha.
So he’s created an alias he uses when he’s out in public so he doesn’t get constantly bothered by folk asking for recipies. Clever.

You’re right, she does look bored, but I think you’ve misinterpreted her actions. She’s either looking up the Samaritans number or she’s not buying his cover story and is googling “famous short Uk chefs”. Her friends intrigued too.

The girl on the left has just realised he's probably gonna talk to her next......she's thinking "Oh God, not me get me out of here please"
He's in trouble again when she stands up to catch her Uber.

Listen, I’m no expert in the dating game but I used to find I had more success talking to women on the same altitude or lower than me- not those in orbit.
He’s clearly a good mate so you might wannna subtly suggest these to him if he’s gonna persist with this game plan.

Good to see everything went well on friday. Can I ask that some techy minded member takes the various Images and inserts the appropriate forum names. This will still maintain the anonymity that some require.

New members may find this more engaging and I like to be able to put a face to the name of those I am winding up.
Cheers

Really sorry I couldn’t make it
My daughters boyfriend proposed - so I had to rush home and remind him of a few things!
Lol

Poor lad, my son-in-law asked me first and he was like a rabbit in the headlights, I thought he was going to wet himself! Me: Anyone taking her on deserves a pat on the back!
