Slightly high mileage or average?

Is 70k high mileage for GT as I see some for sale with 40k miles and mot advisories with lots of corroded suspension parts.

For the type of car 70k is high... but not high as a car.

You are right to be concerned re subframe rust... a good chance this car has been used throughout the winter.
