Very much. It also depends on when a car is made and how it is styled. So a view of silver on a 3200 might be different to that on a GT.

A dealer yesterday told me he'd price a silver or a red GT at around £2k less than a darker color. In my opinion Grigio Touring looks great on a GT. Was very tempted by two in that colour before I settled on Grigio Alfieri. (Collect next week, can't wait)

I personally don't have a massive issue with silver but its not preferred. Its a bit of a last decade colour where everybody had silver, just fashion, it will come round again.

I drove round in a gold car in the late 80's and nobody said anything negative about it....apart from it being a Renault obviously.

I like red on the right car, 458 for example, although there are a wide range of colours that are not used, but equally attractive on the right vehicle. The issue with grey / silver is a strange one, how many brand new cars have you all seen in silver / grey, I have seen loads.

There is a red 4.2 GT on Autotrader at the moment...I like red buts rare as no one really seems to buy red.

The age old debate, I've said my thoughts time and time again, don't like a red GS, but I do like red 4200's and 3200's and especially AC's like Nige's. I personally like silver GS's when most don't, but not a fan of a silver GT. No offence meant to anyone, it's my personal thought on colours.
