Can someone tell me is the side stripe in matt, satin or gloss black? I think it’s satin but I’m hoping some one who has it can tell me. I have the same wheels as the photo, which are a satin finish, which makes me think satin not gloss is the right finish.

I think they are an after market add on in carbon fibre like these.

Thanks, I’ve definitely seen other cars with non-carbon fibre. I had thought it was a Maserati option but could be wrong. In any case it wouldn’t suit my car as I have no external carbon fibre.

Yes it was an option....You could have carbon as part of the MC packages or black which was on the standard option list.

So are the OEM ones a cap/stuck on and simply fitted over a painted standard skirt?

I would say they are adhered over the existing paintwork.

I’ve been quoted £220 for 3M matte black vinyl installed. Sounds like this is the way to go.

I replaced the non-sport skirts with OEM sport side skirts and I had them painted the color of the car. I then had the area you circled dipped with carbon fiber film and then had the entire skirt wrapped with PPF. They look fantastic!

They are matt black, mine has them was a factory option from what I remember in the old configurator £660

Thanks, when I checked my wheels are matte black, wasn’t an option on the 2018 model onwards, which had me confused when I was checking on line.
