A storming day (and few weeks) for AVCT...

Went in at 75p and sitting +140% up today at 183p.

Admittedly it’s only profit when you actually sell but could it continue to rise do we think?

Cheers also to whoever gave the tip as I went for AVCT following a recommendation on here.

I managed to get in at AVCT when it was 59p so very happy with prices pushing £2 now. I also think it has a lot further to go, the distribution deal with the Boohoo founder is great news.

It won't be long but, then again, don't fight the Fed!

The put:call ratio moving average (blue line) is now well within "the zone" (below 0.8):

And the "megaphone" price discovery zone could look like this??

Important to bear in mind, though, that the 200 period simple moving average sits at 299.49:

And 300 is a "big" number psychologically, so we may just go higher to test that soon.

Who knows?

If anyone's invested in Gilead expect their shares to fall.

I think a technical trader might be quite interested in Gilead at the moment, although they'd be silly to dip a toe into a potentially volatile covid stock which is susceptible to news at any time

It's a bit fascinating because price has found support (almost to the penny) at the AVWAP (anchored volume weighted average price) of the April 2016 high - incredible!

Looking at the weekly chart, price has broken inside bar support - this is short-term bearish:

I also don't like the volume profile which suggests that price has retreated from the VPOC (volume point of control) - the purple line in top chart - profit-taking?

The critical question is whether price will hold that AVWAP which sits at 73.30. Will price bounce or fail? Who knows? It's at an inflection point is all I can say ...

Just gone into RBG (Revolution Bar Group) - purveyors of bars for those who think they’re above a Yates’s. But they’re in every city centre and below half their January price. Expecting these to fly when we get the pubs opening announcement..

I think that looks great! Pay v. close attention to this - breakout imminent on the 128 min chart ...

Im sure many watched Sky News tonight.

Many pharmaceutical co’’s have seen their share price rocket as a result of airy fairy “vaccine claims”.
Sky tonight revealed another to keep an eye on- Sinovac (NASDAQ - SVA) stage 2 HUMAN testing with claims monkeys have shown Immunity and 99% confidence it'll work on humans!

Markets will rise on claims of snake oil at the moment so this could be one to take a punt on.

Current price 6.47and it’s hardly moved in a year.
DYOR, it may be about to.

"If $2 trillion in fiscal stimulus was only enough to keep markets afloat for a couple of days, that’s a huge warning sign for what lies ahead."
Jobless claims soar past 3 million to record as coronavirus sends Americans to the unemployment line from CNBC.com

WAll Street thinks this is good news as stocks go up!

Fellas, if you need any proof this is a Sovereign Ponzi scheme, there it is!

In 4-6 weeks time Americans will be shooting Americans as their right to bear arms -shoots them all in the foot.
Trump thinks a grand or so “printed out of thin air” will solve this to-each individual ?????

They should start with shooting up Wall st, then Washington.....

Civil war pending.
Civil disorder- who would have predicted that?
40,000,000 Americans with no work to go to tomorrow and no future.
God knows what the virus spread is while they’re at it.

Will be an interesting open on Wall Street tomorrow, something else for the Fed to print its way out of.

Investor turns $100,000 into $2.2 million — now he’s banking on a cruise line to reach his early retirement goals
The buy-and-hold approach to the stock market generally isn’t a celebrated strategy among Reddit’s “Wall Street Bets” bunch, but more than a few glasses are being raised for one member of the meme-making trading community who claims to have made an absolute killing in recent years.

It's going to be interesting tomorrow - new month and all the shenanigans that brings to the financial markets. The unrest, particularly if it escalates, may add to the mayhem.

There's a gap below which is waiting to be filled - we just don't know when it will happen:

The put:call ratio is still flashing that big red signal - it's just a matter of time:

Could this be the pattern of the "broadening formation"/"megaphone pattern"?

Or will the Fed save the day (again)? Who knows ...

Was late to the party on GGP, but went in after it was discussed on here by Froddy and others. Anyway am up about 30% today on that. Letting it run now, hoping toward 20p amid takeover rumours. So thanks guys

That's great news - so good to hear, and fingers crossed for all ...

@GTVGEOFF that VWAP re-test entry still awaits and I haven't forgotten you - it's your choice whether to jump in now or wait. The VWAP will continue to rise if price rises so it's about optimum entry point rather than whether to enter or not:

For those following Gilead (GILD), it formed an inside bar on the April and May monthly charts, so price is contracting into a triangle range (see below - "1" denotes inside bar):

It will break out eventually but, for the moment, there's nothing going on. Watch for a CONFIRMED break, at the close of this month's candle (at the end of June), of either end of last month's bar to decide which way it's going. Here's the daily chart, which shows that it's a bit of a mess - don't get chopped up!

Good luck all ...

If you’re in Gilead for a vaccine cure don’t hold your breath. Remdesiver has been over hyped.
