Service AND oil change reset device

AP200 Firmware upto date. BMW X1 2013. Had to pay for renewed BMW module, which was downloaded. I had the engine running, which perhaps I shouldn't, just ignition on.
It used to be a prominent menu item. Can still rest oil change but not service light.
Discovered a possible method using trip computer button display, and selector paddles, but I suspect that this before manufacturers were mandated to provide a means by which it could be reset.

try again tomorrow.
My FIAT spider is easy peasy.

Still no luck.
Found a method reported elsewhere to get to resetting the service light via the odometer menu, quite laborious but done.
That leaves just the Masser which needs this.
I know the AP200 was relatively cheap and the additional cars were only ~£26 each year, but I'm a little more than annoyed that I've forked out for the BMW download (twice, as it seems that google pay has done a double transaction) and it doesn't do what I bought.
Contacted Autel and raised a query, and will report back.

It's cheap, but don't like being robbed.
