Sending money to the US

I'm looking to send some money from the UK in GBP to my US$ account in the US. Lloyds banks international payment service versus Google showed a US$2000 disparity!!!

Can anyone recommend a reputable online money transfer service? Thanks!

I use Starling for Business and personal, the do Euro and Sterling in one account on both, not sure about Dollars

That was just me saying 'Starling' at lot...

Starling only do up to 10KGBP per day i'm moving a bit more, so that would be a drag. Any experiences with TorFX?

Just a bit of feedback on my own post in the sense that TorFX were really very good. In my case at least, a highly professional experience.
