I don't immediately recognise the name... But vaguely recall the donks in the 996t and 997t are revered as being mezger creations..the 3.6 as opposed to the 3.4 boat anchors...

Gt3 engine as well I believe. And of course loads of racing engines from which they were derived. Didn’t use IMS for some reason
