Red centre caps / GS wheels

Hi there,

As I'm ordering some other parts, I thought I would try to order the red trident centre caps (wheel cups) for the painted standard silver Gransport 19" wheels. The part I have been suggested is 82364606 - but this is listed for the Quattroporte.

Would anyone know if this part is compatible with the GS wheel centre? The sample wheel can be seen at http://best-carz.com/odin/tech-char/maserati-gransport/maserati-gransport-07.html

There are different codes for the 4200 and Gransport, but I can't see a Rosso version (maybe 4 variants listed between them).

Sure - that would be great.

Yes they fit but the proper silver, non polished finish can be bought easily from Eurospares. I did it for my blue GS when I refurbed the wheels. The part is only about 12quid or so each from me memory. Call them.

He has my designs (black background with red trident) which can easily be changed to whatever colours you like guys. Nice quality too. And at 8.99 for all 4 delivered that's cheap

Got the red trident centre caps and installed. They look great.

I did already have the silver embossed ones fitted a few years ago, so the chrome centre is similar - just now with red painted tridents. Match front bumper trident with red stripes and rear sail plates with red stripes.

Does anyone know the best option for these at the moment (silver centres with red tridents)? Managed to catch an arm of one of the tridents with the drying cloth.

I feel your pain. Did you keep the prong? If it was a clean break you can probably sort it with some superglue and a steady hand. I have never seen any like yours on eBay and the like.

I had them on my blue GS that JayBlu now owns. Silver with red tridents which I got a new set of from Eurospares for not much cash when I refurbished the wheels.

good idea - can the caps be removed without taking the wheel off or causing damage to the wheel

Knock them out from behind... but you will need the wheel off.

I've done exactly that for now. Annoyingly when I originally reseated to test it would go back in cleanly I couldn't even see the join, but with glue applied it's not quite seamless. If it holds out though I'll live with it and put the ££ saved towards The Unknown Yet Inevitable Thing fund.
