Is Grade 4 good?

Looks like someone could get themselves a bargain. Looks in very good nick.

Like any auction cheap might not necessarily mean cheap. It doesn't look as bad as that makes out, but I guess there's a difference between what a secondhand buyer expects and dealers who want a quick turnaround (who, in fairness, make up the bulk of BCA punters, rather than specialist dealers) want.
