Rear shelf quality!

Just about to re-fit my replacement rear shelf from US. Bose versions are more difficult to find but I picked up on for $160 so with customs and postage it came in at under £200. It was very dusty and the grills were filthy so I decided to replace with my own. This is what I found underneath. Gino's pet mouse cut the holes for him! And the second picture is what happens in extreme heat when you don't cut, fold and bond the material edges to prevent lifting and shrinkage.
