Ready for Club Concours Monday 19th at Pokolbin

Spoilt the car this year to a Stage 2 paint correction + Onyx Graphene Pro Ceramic Coating + SunTek Ultra Clear PPF for the front bumper. Not bad looking for 17 years old and 178,000 kms!

I should also confess it did have a paint job before leaving the UK 10 years ago, and had the front half resprayed after running over a dead kangaroo at highway speeds 2 years ago.

Well the effort and expense paid off, as I was judged equal class winner this year along with the amazing 3200. We applied a kilometre bonus which helped my cause.
Normally Granturismos outnumber Gransports these days at events but not this day.
The event was held on a Monday at the club vice president's vineyard. His Bora was off having new hydraulic lines made, so only his Granturismo was on display.





Leon chose to bring his recent purchase the silver manual 4200 fitted with GS body kit, GS motor, MCV seats and Trofeo 18" wheels. He had these laying around waiting on the right project.
Beside is his old MCV, serial no 1 which he sold to Shane.
Leon chose to bring the 4200 / GS instead of his black MC20, though I have been promised a ride.
