To cut mounting holes in bezel for M5 bolts to sides I need these 2DIN 178X100X75 dimensions, any one know them?

To order mounting pins, I need to know what they are called or a source, anyone know them?

They unscrew quite easily from the original bezel/screen. I unscrewed 2 and screwed them into my new bezel. The screen is from the Pioneer unit so shallow. I found I only needed 2 to secure the new bezel firmly.

2 issues, on mine they hold tight to the original and I did not want to break anything by forcing them to unscrew.
Also no longer needing the originals, I posted them for sale here and on Maserati life, so they better stay on the original,
As for the connecting the radio to the bezel, I think at least 2 of the 6 M5 bolts holes line up to the rears sides of the modified nezel
so possible to bolt them nice and easy

Fair enough, makes sense. Your bezel looks quite cool with the USB slot and the integrated hazard switch. I’m looking forward to seeing it done.

The switch been a problem, the sellers do not have dimensions on them, they list by cars the hazard switch fits in, so the first I bought was 22mm thick and did not fit, so ordered another that should fit (looks that cutout for it can be 19mm high or less),
but it only comes from overseas arriving in Jan:

Can not order a 3D print before I get the switch and refine the opening for exact match, like the USB the switches are panel mount too.

Like to get the 3D print now if I could.

Finally received the switch in Jan 2021 , verified and ordered 3D print:
