Ok maybe you need an additional clue

I was the second person to orbit the moon alone
Is it Zagatoes30 then?

Joking aside it must be the command module pilot of Apollo 12 which I know was Rich gordon as I was well into space back then.

I'll say again I don't have a question if I'm right and my recent posts suggest I might be on the edge anyway!!!

Logic is solid but flawed and therefore incorrect - it is also the answer I gave when asked this question

So no more takers, surprised with this being all over the TV and Press over the last week or so - a big anniversary of probably my greatest achievement

Do you still not know who I am?

No still not correct
Jesus Christ what do I have to do if I don’t know the answer??!!

This whole question is biased towards people who know the answer and that’s abuse. It’s against my human rights and shït and I’m not even kidding...!

Michael Collins was on apollo 11, Mattingley?

Michael Collins is the right answer though, I had forgotten that Apollo 10 went right through the Moon landing plan even to the point of taking the Lunar Module to within 10 miles of the Moon surface with Stafford and Cernan on board leaving John Young to be the first person to orbit the moon alone.

Over to you

You want the nearest second? 30-ish if James May - Edge Of Space is to be believed. Was he not discussing this with the actual chap who was counting down the time left in reserve?

OK so 30 seconds to Neil (apt really!)
8 seconds to Wanderer

Unless someone gets it bang on by the time I get back from class (about 2100) tonight, closest wins.

(FWIW I was listening to an interview with the same guy. He didn't say it was 30)

I could, of course, be making this up.
Or be completely wrong.
Both scenarios are equally likely.
The prog. was on just the other night.
But then my memory isn't what is once was.
What was the question again?

How many seconds of fuel did Neil Armstrong have left (before abort, technically) when he landed

You're really losing it, aren't you? :D
