I'd imagine a city quite North, cold but only snowy in Winter, so Edinburgh, Copenhagen, Stockholm, Moscow, any of those?

Maybe no Edinburgh or Copes then....

You are too far north. Stockholm is about 25 miles north of the 59th parallel.

When I lived in New York, I was amazed at how South it is relative to parts of Europe... NYC is roughly level with Naples, and is south of Rome.

Therefore, I’m guessing that the US / Canadian border is south of London, and will guess Brussels.

All good guesses. Vienna is about 80 miles south of the line. Brussels about 125 miles too far north.
