Query re PCP balloon payments?

JLR are pretty keen to negotiate at least on cars. I ordered a new XE just before Xmas and they threw £10K of dealer incentives at the finance and then knocked some more off.

New car prices from the majority of manufactures are just hot air, with all the dealer and manufacture 'contributions'.
Not good for company car drivers and p11d values , and thresholds for road taxation though.
