Hello from Austria everyone!

May I introduce myself? My name ist Alex, I am 43 years old and I live in Austria, Europe. I am sorry that my English needs improvement... A friend recomended this forum as the leading international maserati community. I bought my first Maserati a few weeks ago and I am looking forward to discussions with other owners and to find advice sometimes, as I am pretty new with the car. My model is a 2014 Quattroporte VI 3.0 Diesel in good overall conditon with average 200.000km, that is about 120.000 miles.

For today my new Maserati needs a little help. Tto register the car in my country it needs to undergo a technical inspection. It has passed this very well, but there is only one little repair to do: the bushes of the front lower wishbones need to bee replaced. Maserati Austria does not sell the bushes seperately, they offer to renew the entire lower wishbones. Not a big thing in relation to the car, but also not necessary as the wishbones themself are okay. If someone knows to find the bushes separately or compatible bushes or even the rubber parts, this would be a great help.

Best wishes from Austria, Alex :)

Welcome, and your English is far better than my Austrian!

The Bush problem seems to ne very common to Maserati and most models appear to demand a new wishbone if you listen to Maserati.

Not sure on the QP6, but other models can have new bushes presses into the old wishbones.

Thank you for your quick and friendly answer. The technician in my garage told me that he could change the bushes if we get them separately. I am quite sure, that these parts are compatible to mass production cars, but who knows which? I agreed with the garage to wait and search if we can find them, if not we are going to order the entire wihsbones. If someone here knows that they are not available at all, this information also helps to solve the problem soon.
