A late mkI but otherwise looks very nicely spec'd and mint. Asking is adventurous though...

326GTB is nice, but 4.2 and, as you say, pre-facelift.

@safrane kindly told me about this listing on Saturday, and yes the vandp website is extraordinary.

That looks like a very nice QPV, even at that price (£10k premium for 'as new' car vs avge?). Probably will need variators of course!!

so....

Would you rather buy a 25,000 mile 2009 or a 75,000 mile 2012 (QPV)?
If they were the same price and all services done, same spec and everything I wanted I would go 2009 just because everything else met the brief.

Mark, 3 years seems a lot when a it is 3 yr old vs 6 yr old. Much less so when 8yr old vs 11 yr old. Condition and service history are far more important. An 11 yr old with no subframe rust and variators done would be my choice at 25k but a perfect 2012 with 75k and new suspension, brakes, no rust etc may also be a good choice. 3 years time and selling a 50k mile car vs 100k miles is also a consideration.

If they are the same price then the 2009 car is underpriced. I would not buy on mileage per se but when the difference is that much I would especially since the QPV did not change a lot in that time.

The silver GT S is coming back on to ‘the market’ auction site again for a second run after just falling short of reserve last time. That’s only on 38k.

No wood inside for you though, and may look odd on that car if you swapped out the black.

Not just black trim, but black leather interior, though (I think)

RX10ENU is now fully listed on The Market (and ebay).

It seems to be silver/grey over two-tone black/grey.

Have they blacked out the grill badge too? Too much blacking out for me.

Sweat maybe or maybe with the metal being cold they mist up and get damp as interior heats up or are they lacquered?

It seems to be a flaking under the surface layer. If you feel handles that have gone like this, they still feel smooth.

Are they aluminium? If they are then it is because the oxide has been scatched allowing air to react with the bare metal causing corrosion or salt. I imagine it could be polished out and then would need a coating/lacquer to prevent it happening again.
