Saw that when it was up a month or so ago on eBay....Same price.... Obviously didn't sell as same pictures and same seller. Think because it was owned by a member of the Who they have asked a bit more. Looks lovely just like yours. Any QP Sport GT that's well looked after at 15k to 20k is such a lot of car for the money. Shame only a few buyers think so these days. Your car looks lovely for the money.

Yup seen that one before as well. Nice but I would want my incoming GTS to have Alcantara seat inserts and part door panel trim

Have to agree I'm afraid. A QP is not all about pace but a 4.2 pushing that lumpy weight needs that extra few horses. The XJL is a big step up in power and the body is aluminium so although bigger it is t any heavier. Being supercharged it pickups and goes well.

I'm still keeping an eye out for a 4.7 something. Not sure if it would be a QP 4.7 GTS or a GT S or a Strad. Or an F Type!

Talking of F Type the R is dropping nicely. A lovely dark red one with 30k on the clock sold at a dealer by me for 31k last week. Lots of fun and power for the money....and such a pretty car.

If you see a top-notch 2011-2012 4.7 QPV (that you don't want to buy), let me know....

You might want to include one with an engine after the variator fix was done which might mean 2013...

I’m always looking. I’ve found one in the last 2 years, well, two including the Hairpin one on Harry’s Garage but that sold quickly.

I know about 10 people who own a good late 4.7 QP (S & GTS) and given their current values, why on earth would they sell it? That’s why so few come to market, people will only sell now if it’s a problematic example or they desperately need the money.
